The Brunswick Project

If you happen to be in the neighbourhood, then you have the awesome opportunity to have a lovely breakfast in The Brunswick Project. I will break it down to the following points, 1. Atmosphere: brilliant, clean, nice 2. Food 😍🥰 yummy, tasty, genuine. 3. Staff are friendly and lovely. 4. Good for couples, group of friends or even if you were alone, I promise you will enjoy having your meal.

I was stoked that they could take a reservation for 7 people Sunday brunch. The service was friendly and water is still or sparkling. The food is presented absolutely beautifully- I love the care and attention to detail. Lovely atmosphere seated on the deck with Queenslander feel. This is probably my new favourite cafe in Brisbane.

The staff were lovely and attentive and the cafe is dog friendly which is nice! We ordered the burger, generous serving but the patty was over cooked and dry, and the bread was sort of stale. Though willing give this place another try as I understand that it was extremely busy. Well priced for serving size.

Absolutely love it! Dropped in for breakfast before work and could not have made a better choice. Smooth, delicious coffee accompanied by a warm greeting. The menu had plenty of possibly choices but I went for the Mango Panna Cotta and oh wow was I pleased with my choice! Looks amazing, smells divine, and tastes magnificent! Do yourself a favour and make breakfast at this place a priority.

Read about the Brunswick Project on a Brisbane Breakfast Bucket List so thought we would check it out. It is a nice place and the staff are really friendly. It was Saturday morning and very busy. While we were able to get a seat straight up, our coffees took about 15 minutes and another 20 minutes for food. It was very busy, but that was pushing it! Sadly I was disappointed by my long black which was weak, warm and had almost no crema. On the other hand, the eggs Benedict with pork belly was really well done—delicious, worth the wait. Will definitely come back.
