The dishes we ordered were mostly flavoursome and nice especially the pippali chicken and the aubergine dish. The the other dishes weren’t so good. The pastry for the samosas were too thick and the lamb rendang lamb was too dry. They got our bill mixed up which had to be sorted. Also, the staff were too attentive- they checked up on us like almost every 5 mins.

I was looking online for a venue to celebrate my wife's birthday. Booked Heritij after reading about it online. Plus it was also a new venue in Brisbane offering fusion Indian. We both found it superb with excellent ambiance and a great view of Brisbane River, South Bank and the Brisbane Wheel. We really enjoyed the offerings from the menu, all cooked with care and deliciously. Make sure you request any dishes you prefer to be spicy as the medium heat we picked could be more for myself. The waiters were very attentive, gracious and helpful. There is an open bar area, plenty of sitting and standing room as well as private function dining rooms. Well worth a visit again to try more dishes!

I recently had the opportunity of dining at Heritij and celebrating my sisters birthday. What an amazing experience, the food was cleverly curated contemporary Indian fusion. We shared several dishes which were incredible. The atmosphere, fit out and views are exquisite. Staff were friendly and attentive and were more than happy to provide us with reccomendations. I look forward to returning again.

I decided to have my staff Christmas party in 2018 at Heritij after I had a wonderful meal with my wife on her birthday recently. The Terrace was reserved for us at 5.30pm for drinks and starters that were timed to come out over an hour. We had delectable Bhaji, Rendang Lamb, Pomegranate Prawns and Portobello Beignet. These were simply delicious!! We were then ushered into our private dining room (Wine Room) where 2 waiters brought us food to be admired with its presentation then eaten. We had Haryali Chicken, Goan Fish, Masahari, Spinach Kofta to name some of the truly wonderfully prepared dishes. Our wait staff were very attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Chef Parag(apologies if I have not spelt his name correctly) who ran the kitchen service like clockwork. Many thanks to Randi who helped coordinate the event and plan the dinner. The views are fantastic from the terrace and the mood uber cool, the waitstaff polite, attentive and efficient through the party. Heritij was an excellant choice and we all would love to return. Very highly recommended.

Amazing views of the Brissie river, striking interior. The food was beautifully presented. The entrees were delicious. The pani puri in particular looked impressive and was full of flavour. The curry dishes were decent similar to many other indian restaurants & generous in size. Great choice for a wonderful view and good food.
