The burgers are relatively good. We used to come here often but we had one experience which made us rethink coming here as the we had to wait almost an hour for 4 burgers and two sides of chips and they came cold as well. We where disappointed with this experience and one of the lovely staff members gave us our money back and a free burger card. We have come here a few times after but for lunch and the service was a lot quicker. Overall great burgers but would not recommend coming during busy times as service can take time.

Solid enough, fast food option. Ordered kids burger meal for my daughter and a spicy chicken burger for myself. Wasn't blown away by either but perfectly fine. Staff friendly and helpful. It is what it is, no more than you might expect.

Absolutely love this Grilld. Lovely staff. Got free chips with order but believe they were old leftover ones and have been throwing up all day. Thank you to staff who were so kind to give them but please be more careful :(

Ordered a phone order. Picked it up and took it home to find one of my burgers with nothing but lettuce in it. No meat, only lettuce. Called up to get them to deliver me a new burger and they refused. Best they could give me a voucher for the burger I have already payed for. So nothing. Thanks very much. Useless.

Service was outstanding as usual, especially from the tall redhead at the register. He greeted us with a wide smile and was very understanding of my circumstances as i am a celiac. This guy definitely needs a raise!!! As for the food, it was outstanding as usual. this was especially impressive given the team looked understaffed and there was torrential rain. all in all thanks for the great service especially the tall redhead ;)

All other staff were nice except this manager/supervisor women who have no respect to others and seems to be a bad leader. I cant get today's incident out of my head. Disgusted!!!!
