Burger Urge Southbank

I wanted to go 5 stars I really did. And if the option for 4 1/2 was here I would. However I ordered aioli dipping sauce for my onion rings and didn’t get it. And that was the largest serving for the onion rings that were available. And for around the $22 price mark for that and a water I feel as though there should have been more But in saying that. There was nothing else to fault, the burger itself absolutely amazing!! The onion rings cooked to perfection. The service wonderful, and the view while eating lunch splendid.

Bit meh. Like waiting 20 minutes just to be served, watching parents order 10 meals, whilst the poor service lady kept crashing into the huge concrete service bench. Like, she had to wait to get through to serve other people, I got anxiety just watching. No wonder service was slow. Which kinda made my burger cold while it sat on the bench for several minutes before the other service kid realised it was there. I guess don't go there when it's busy, or they could open up the doors so the waiters can get through without any safety issues.

This place always leaves me with a smile on my face. The burgers are beautiful, and they offer vegetarian and GF options. I rate the El Diablo 🌶 (pictured) with bacon, jalapeños and onion rings. The Boston cheese is also great. 👶🏼 high chairs are available and there’s a kids menu. My toddler is always happy to come here after a swim

Good food and right in the heart of Southbank in parklands. They have seating inside and out and aircon inside because it's a hot day on this Australia day. Specially made burger today and lovely service. Cool wooden tables and chair with a funky atmosphere. Mid range for pricing on meals. The urgrfs and chips etc. Sold separately
