Grill'd Emporium

Well I just had the best Impossible Australian at Grill’d EVER. I’m always nervous coming into a restaurant and seeing such young staff, but this Grill’d has consistently surpassed expectations and has not once put food without care in front of me. Massive props to you guys for working on ANZAC. You’ve done your brand well today and represented exactly what we expect from such big names - both Impossible, and Grill’d. I ate it so fast I didn’t even take a photo at the start! Bravo.

I built a quad patty burger and told the staff specifically to alternate the beef and chicken patty. I recieved a burger with 2 chicken patty followed by 2 beef patty. I tried it and it tasted terrible. So I moved the patty as how I wanted it to be and tasted decent. I'm disappointed that the message from that my custom order was not executed properly and it not as complicated as I like sometimes order at other burger joints. The staff that gave me my order wasn't apologetic about it either... Not a pleasant experience.

Such a great experience! Made even better by the lovely staff and delicious meals! I visited on the 22 February and it was quite busy, but a lovely young employee served me right away. She was super polite and her uniform was on point! Even wore silver clips to clip her bangs back! Give that girl a raise haha! Will definitely come back and hope to be served by the amazing employee again!

Great service. The manager there last night was kind enough to offer me some extra chips that were mistakenly made. It turns out these were simply the same chips I had ordered but it's the thought that counts. I ordered the classic sliders which were total indulgence into unhealthy but tasty food. Do not attempt to eat if you do not have a gall bladder. Nice job overall. Now mail me my cheque

I came here last thursday evening with some friends and a lovely girl with dark hair was so polite taking my order, complimented my outfit and made my day! I’ll come back as long as this girl is here again! However, there were two girls with red hair and the other with white hair who were very rude! Thank goodness the girl with dark hair saved my experience! Food was delicious!

We ordered on Uber Eats but the driver delivered us a meal from Guzman, she had no idea what was going on. We gave her the wrong order back and reported it through the app - we got a refund from Uber Eats instantly but had no food. We called the store directly and they still had our order so we told them we would drive down to pick it up (just bought a car, fully forgot we could do that haha). The restaurant manager told us it had been there for 20-30min so they remade everything for us free of charge. Much appreciated by a tired and starving couple!!
