A short visit inside Master Tom's on Saturday 29/01/22, order one muffin with a Cappuccino. Good service & plenty of seating inside or outside.

Have been here a couple of times for lunch. Today we decided to try the breakfast menu. There is a limited number of options available and prices are usual for the city. Seating is outside next to the road and was rather cold and noisy this morning. Staff were friendly and food was made freshly. However my bottom pancake was burnt on one side and my friend's poached eggs were firm, not soft. Perhaps an off day. Main focus is the coffee, which we don't drink.

I usually go here for my breakfast as I have classes in the city. The food quality is great and filling. Coffee’s are the best. I give a ⭐️ less because there are not much varieties of food here. I think they should introduce more breakfast options. Must try place to have your quick breakfast.

The chick with the half red hair served my family and I that are on holidays and she was incredible! So friendly and helpful giving as tips on what to do an where to go food was yummy too! Little things make a bit difference. Thank you Master Tom for making this experience one we won't forget.

Disappointed that the four times I’ve attempted to use the Ritual app to pre-order breakfast during my commute in the last two weeks, that the restaurant did not accept the order and it timed out.
Not to mention that the timeout period for the app is extremely long (several minutes) - and you are unable to cancel the order once it’s placed (but prior to acceptance).
I don’t see the point of offering a service such as that if it is not reliable.

Good coffee, friendly staff, simple tasty food, efficient service. Outside seating area has some maintenance issues that probably should be addressed as it makes it feel a bit dirty and unloved and makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is.
