I’m impressed, the service is pretty good, they made a mistake with my order, but resolved it straight away and very professionally. Feel like they went a little further than just fixing their mistake. Atmospheres pretty good, though the stereo could be spread out a little more so the bars not really loud and the seating sound being a bit hit and miss. Foods very good, tacos are soft and flavour full, nachos are crispy with plenty of topping (no dry nachos at the end) I’ll be coming back

The place felt incredibly understaffed. Lack of communication between the staff that worked there made the experience a lot harder than it needed to be. While I was there I saw one order get muddled up with the patrons being handed the wrong dish twice. I also witnessed another person complain about the time taken for their dish which admittedly was a long time as we had ordered just after they had and were considering doing the same. For relatively simple orders the 30+ minute wait time seemed ridiculous. It made it more frustrating to see the waitress going around the tables asking who had ordered the tacos when she had also being the one who had been putting the orders through. The prices were pretty good but somehow still felt overpriced for the quality being given. The food itself was quite bland. Not a whole bunch of flavors. The guacamole and margarita saved the lunch for me. If I'm being honest the only reason I didnt put 1 star for this review is because their guacamole was amazing (extremely fresh and tasty) and they had a really good mango margarita.

The bartender Ted provided some of the best service I have ever seen. The chefs paid attention to our special requests for lactose intolerance and worked with us which was appreciated. An Aussie might love the food here, but coming from around Mexico it was a bit too sweet for me. I'm looking for the building heat. That said, each individual ingredient was delicious, especially the pork. It was just too sweet as a burrito for me. Was going to Mark 4 stars, but Ted has such great service it was worth five on that alone. Highly recommend the infused drinks, especially the mint.

Great cocktails, but that’s where it stopped! Overpriced, waited over 40mins for meals to come out then when they arrived they were either incorrect or horrible. Lack of flavour and care for the overall presentation of the food! Waitress was extremely rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Also notice a child behind the bar maybe 5 years old helping the bartender shake cocktails and run water to the tables like actually run, I was worried he would trip and smash the carafe of water. My husband requested a refund for his nachos in the end, it was the last to come out after 40mins and was literally cheese sauce with dried chicken and a bit of lettuce. What I assumed was the owner gave us a refund for the nacho and gave us a $40 voucher to return another time, unfortunately they will never be used especially not on food!
