Keyhole Espresso

I hardly ever review, I always like to give places second and third and fourth chances. But honestly, nothing excuses poor customer service. Both times I have been here I've been poorly served with the most average coffee (instant tastes better). Last time I asked for a second TA cup for my long black (because of the heat) and was told I couldn't have one, and this time I was given a disgusted look when I asked for a second cup and was handed a napkin instead. I won't be back. Another local cafe will be getting my business now as they are always friendly and nothing is ever too much.

Friends and I went to have brunch and the bagels were divine! The coffee was wonderful and the atmosphere was lovely. I had the salami one with garlic bagel. They were accommodating to my preferences and the service was fast. You know you're having good food when the table goes quiet and everyone is focusing on eating. I would definitely come back. I've got nothing negative to say.

Great coffee (good enough for me to have a long black) and good bagels. Egg and bacon bagel was tasty and hot! Only open until 2 so don't leave it too late to grab lunch or an afternoon cup of Joe. Edit to add; had the 'light breakfast' this morning and it was great! More than an adequate sufficiency, shall we say?

AMAZING! The staff are like my family now. Grace makes the most delicious coffee. They always ask how I am doing, they even know my dogs name! They always give her a pat and little treats as well. I have never been to a place like this, a coffee shop that actually cares about you like family! The food is always great, and the staff are always funny and so nice. If I call up because I’m in a rush they prepare my meal and I come in and pay for it! There’s indoors and outdoor seating and it’s always so so clean and well kept. 10/10 food, coffee and service!!!
