Extremely poor experience here today. After paying almost $17 for a burrito with extras I received what can only be described as a burrito smaller than a mini -- tiny and so empty it was flat. Hardly any filling, so skint the bread was folded over multiple times so the tops and bottoms were simply thick, folded-over bread. Hardly any chicken, fries, guacamole or salsa. Have always had decent experiences with Guzman at other locations so this is super disappointing. Would normally not complain but the ridiculous lack of filling and spending almost $17 for one burrito makes this particularly egregious. Would avoid, especially if you're ordering through the app. My mother ordered in-store the same day and received a normal-sized burrito.

I always received good customer service when I come to this GYG and have even had nice chats with staff members occasionally. However, today I waited standing by the pickup area for 10 minutes. Even though the front staff noticed me, she just told me to wait a second and continued to serve other people in line, which is fair if they'd been waiting before me but she could've just spared 5 seconds to check in with me and had it sorted within 10 seconds. Because that's the whole point of ordering online, isn't it? Anyway, my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. And when she finally came and handed me my order, there was no "Sorry for the wait." or anything. She did not seem to care unfortunately. I understand that it might have been understaffed. But if that's the case you should stop taking online orders when understaffed, otherwise you should not have food and customers waiting when they're both ready. I'm not giving 1 star because I know a lot of them try their best to keep their customers happy. It's just a shame it was that way today and made me not wanna go back anymore.

Well maintained, good food. Only qualm is that when they are quite busy, the quality of the food drops, which is understandable and isn't always the case, but on some occasions I have gotten underfried chips or slightly cold burritos. Despite this, I still recommend this as the food is often exceptional.

I ordered some soft tacos on the app at 8pm hoping that it would be ready by the time i arrived in 5-10 minutes as per my usual experience with this store. There were 2 customers in store and my order hadn’t been started yet. I watched a girl make my tacos and chuck them on the serving trays and it sat there for about 10 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. I told her it had been sitting for a while and it was going to be cold. She offered to reheat it but I ended up getting 3 soggy tacos sitting in a pool of oil and a medium soggy cold chips.

We had a horrible dinner here over the weekend. The burrito bowl was a sad, underwhelming serving that looked like a pile of slop and tasted bland. They forgot my chips and I had to chase them down a few times. They acted like it was my fault they couldn't get their act together. Not sure what happened to Guzman, or if this is representative of all Guzmans, but yeah... that was my last time.
