Bruno's Bne

Had breakfast here today. I’m sure this is a real good place on normal days . Today unfortunately was one of those days that was a busy and they and I could see that the staff was stretched. I had eggs Florentine and they did not disappoint . Regretfully the eggs came way before the coffee and breakfast was finished by then . To their credit they did not charge us for the coffee. I would have no hesitation giving Bruno another try.

Upon walking in you can see how busy and pumping it is with people queuing for takeaway orders and the whole venue packed with people - a great sign of things to come 👍🏻 . We ordered: ~ Chilli Scrambled Eggs with extra sides of avo and hash browns ~ Mediterranean Eggs with halloumi 🔥 . The presentation of both dishes looked amazing. Wifey’s Chilli Scramble was yummy and she loved that it was still slightly runny. The broccolini was a nice touch too 👌🏻 . I got the Mediterranean Eggs to try something different. Didn’t regret it at all and loved the caramelised onions along with the melted cheesy(?) bits on top - really really yummy! 🤤 . Staff are super friendly and this place is right next to the doggo 🐶 park, soo there’s an added bonus of getting to see heaps of doggies everywhere 😊

Stunning and friendly service. New owner is one of the nicest guys around and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. New Barista Adam’s coffee is on point every time, he really cares about the cup he makes. The food coming out of the kitchen has kicked it up another notch (and it was pretty amazing before) very generous servings and always a little twist on what you think you are getting. Come for the friendly staff and chill atmosphere, stay for the coffee and food.

Purely reviewing coffee here; I’ve had them multiple times to test these out and they are always terrible. I can only liken it to the bitter experience of drinking a coffee made on an airplane. It is not smooth at all; bitter to a point of disgust. The food must be great because you would not come here for the beans. Recommend the owner change baristas, beans or service the equipment.
