Spent nearly $100 here for 4 burgers some onion rings and loaded fries. The 2 serves of onion rigs were burnt and inedible, the loaded fried were over salted and also in edible and the burgers were ok but definitely not worth what was charged. Very disappointed

Have experienced Getta Burger Carina 10-15 times. Mixed experiences here, sometimes it's off the chart amazing with fresh, hot, fast service, but more often is understaffed, slow, cold and stale. Per other reviewers this store smells like old cooking oil consistentyl. Will likely continue here in an effort to chase the dragon and get that amazing 6 star experience that we've had a few times ... but yet to find the magic formula which will consistently deliver results. Sunday lunch service seems to be the most reliable so far.

Take away family lunch during lockdown. Amazing flavours and bang-for-buck as always. Grilled chicken fillet was huge and lean with plenty of add-on jalapeños. Wife’s vegan burger was a hit too. Such consistent quality (from this original store and West End)!

Good burgers and service although the shop smelled a bit off. The burger was great but the chips had too much garlic on them. But the portions were very really good.

Unfortunately, onions rings & fries were dry and over-cooked, burgers were disappointing as well.
Tonight, it was a hard no from me, staff were ready to knock off and mucking around, no excuse really.

Great place for Carnivores. Love the filthy mix on it's own, no sauce, no bun just a great healthy protein hit. The staff at Carina are great as well, thanks!

Look it was a good burger, but bring back the old Getta burger. The patty was thicker there was this great big pickle in it. Please bring back the old way of making the burgers

Honestly one of the worst burgers my partner and I have ever had! Onion rings and chips were cold also waited around 30 minutes for a meal we didn’t even finish….. you would expect to get something better for the amount of money you pay. Staff looked like they were there to socialise with each other rather than actually work.
