Excellent service when compared with the same level of restaurants like Betty or others. It was my first time visited the Grill'd as there a wide range of choice for a burger shop, no matter a franchise or homemade. The chips come with rosemary salt, i love it so much. Their apps order also user friendly as a first-time user. Mission completed easily.

Customer service here is fantastic! Grilld is one of the best places to get a burger.. love the limited edition ones they bring out.. like The Stranfer Things one. Service is quick, ingredients are always fresh. The new onion rings are great too!

We had the pickle and mustard burger which was $13.90 minus the relish. We paid for a regular sized potato chips and a herb dipping sauce separately. I found it was a bit expensive at a total of $22. We both shared this meal and were satiated.

Had a wonderful evening out catching up with friends. Lovely burgers and chips.
Few mix ups but quickly sorted. Staff were helpful chairs comfortable. Definitely recommend for a guilt free visit.

It was a busy Thursday night, we sat down at the table and ordered from the QR code, however the order error ed and took our money anyway. The manager on that night was very professional and helped resolve the issue very quickly without question. It's nice to see a chain with great customer service, as well as good food.

Really tasty burgers. I had the lamb burger which is unusual to get and great flavour. we ordered from the table using the QR code and the service was really fast. Staff ate very friendly. All in all a great experience

The burger my grandson got was smaller than previously had which resulted in our having to go & buy more food as he was still hungry.
It was more suitable for an older child than an adult male
The female staff who served him was not interactive at all & I observed that she was the same with other customers showing disinterest & did not smile @ all. This was disappointing 😞
