Sushi Train

Waited over an hour for our order and then still received the wrong order. Not happy at all. I understand that you get busy but I came to collect an order and was told it was a 45 minute wait, and was told I had to wait even longer after I came back 45 minutes later. Then proceeded to arrive home and I was given Japanese curry instead for my Udon noodles instead of the Broth? Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Visited the Sushi Train joint last month and as usual loved the food and the place. Good hygiene and covid control practices. We had to wait a while to get the seating next to the conveyor but worth a wait. It was probably later in the evening around 8 pm and still the place was full. This time we didnt find too many sushi options on the conveyor but we then ordered it through their app which was delivered personally so no fuss. Love the place and I wish they bring some change to the menu in terms of variety.

Lovely staff and are always willing to make any sushi you like on the menu. If you can't see what you like on the train just flag down one of the floor staff and they'll happily take your order. Have also gotten a party platter from here (on their website) and it was wonderful prepared and on time. Also, feel free to grab a cup of water from the water canister in the corner on the way in.
