Loaded Food Co

Loaded Food Co did the catering for our wedding. We were so happy with all the food and service that was provided and are so thankful to Katie, Mia and the team for being fantastic and helpful with everything. We had approximately 40 guests. On the menu was the 8kg brisket, truffle lasagna, a few roast chickens, a selection of salads, bread rolls and a cake. Every guest was so impressed with not only how tasty, wholesome and delicious ALL the food was, but how professional Loaded Food Co were on the day when preparing the food and helping with the day. The cake Katie made easily gets a 10/10. We got vanilla bean cake with buttermilk icing, and unlike most wedding cakes, there was barely any left. The design was gorgeous and all we did was provide a few photos for inspiration and Katie took care of the rest. We cannot thank loaded Food Co enough for how helpful and generous with their time they were when planning quantities, variety, timing and everything else that goes into providing food at a wedding. Especially as we weren't even in Brisbane when planning the wedding; they easily accommodated this. If you need catering done for any event, we highly recommend Loaded Food Co!! The coffee at the Loaded food co was surprisingly good and what made it even better was the super gorgeous arty cups its served in. If you are looking for a delicious quick meal, I had the bacon and egg wrap for breakfast and it was really tasty. Will definitely go back and try the other treats. The only down side is the lack of parking.

10STAR! We had our wedding cake done here, which was absolutely stunning and yummy and low priced. Have been here for coffees, breakkie and snacks. Can't recommend recommend highly enough. Literally everything I've tried at this place was top chelf. They also have healthy options and my favourite protein balls. Thank you Katie and Mel! Alya
