This place rocks! They are enthusiastic about their coffee. The staff are knowledgeable and their customer service is great. They run (ran?)an awesome introduction to coffee course which is (used to be?) free and was very interesting.
They also sell machines and some really cool coffee gear.
Totally recommended to pay them a visit if you're into coffee.

Top roaster and the best beans rewards program in Brisbane. Large range of beans that changes regularly so there's always something new. This place also is constantly innovating on coffee products for their retail customers so you're always seeing interesting things that are coming out of that. On top of all this it's a very comfortable, quiet and well air conditioned space with heaps of parking.

Went there today for a coffee showcase information session - why haven't I been sooner?! Very pleasant, helpful, informative and knowledgeable session and staff. Being a Di Bella girl is firmly cemented now - they really know and produce the best coffee!

Nice coffee (flat white) but it was served up warm. Really no difference to the McDonalds coffee down the road - except it is usually served hot. Store presentation and hygiene needs to be somewhat improved. Overall not what I expect from an establishment promoting itself as a purveyor of excellence in all things coffee.

Great coffee and friendly service, quality beans and products. However their whole sell and customer care for other business is a total disappointment. Would not recommend cafes using it as a coffee supplier, it's just asking for trouble. Staff has no care for their customers and when there's issue they will do nothing about it.

Worst coffee I’ve had from these guys. They r normally very good. Ordered large with an extra shot, got no extra shot & the coffee was undrinkable. Tried to call and provide feedback but it just rang.

Location, industrial, but good because they have on site parking so you don't have to deal with the CBD parking thieves. Sandwich was nice, hit the spot. Coffee was very nice, a medium roast. This is DiBella roasting site, so you can get many different blends to take home.
