Great food, great coffee.... when it arrives! Maybe an off day for them, but service was terrible, slow, forgot my coffee, ordered it first up, came after food, as too the water. Service 2 out of 5 being generous. Food 4 to 5 stars. Cleanliness 2 out of 5. Table had salt and sugar, coffee stains over it. Really disappointing.

Good coffee, but average food. It has nice comfortable couch at outside where we sat. Before ordering food, waitress told us food might take 20 minutes to get. Which helped us planning for rest of the day.

Stange frappé. Was full of ice flakes and chocolate shavings which blocked the straw.

The staff here are very helpful and service is great. Only issue here are the drinks are not made well. Milkshakes are too sweet and don't look appealing at all. Caramel milkshake thought was like just milk as it was just white and super sweet. Mocha milkshake has a very weak coffee taste. They serve alcohol as well but as me and my colleague's experience, would not risk trying out a cocktail.
