Was served by a rude lady with an attitude problem. Can’t recall her name but she had a beanie and nose ring. She needs to learn the skill of customer service and fix that attitude.

I attend here regularly with several members of my ski paddling crew after our morning river training sessions & we have always received excellent service & great coffee. Parking is a dream & the Merlo team led by Nick & now Nikki are always upbeat & greet us with smiles & a warm welcome every time. Why go elsewhere? Best Staff, Best Service & Best Coffee by far - see you there!!

Once a month I buy a coffee when I am on my way to my friends place. It is not a different order, a caramel latte with an extra shot of coffee but every month they stuff it up. Today there is on caramel. I personally don’t drink coffee but buy it as a treat. Please serve the orders in the order they are placed and get them correct.

Good coffee, good service. I would just recommend to improve the method of ordering like (little screen with what is been ordered/stickers/paper with what is been ordered for the team to know what to prepare) I have received couple of free coffees because my order was incomplete or was taking to long.
But everything is delicious and I will keep coming back

Once a week I am going with my weird order and these girls remember and the coffee is just delicious! So happy there are a few make a difference of cappuccino and latte! Ps cappuccino with no chocolate does not equal latte, please spread the word. Bowen hills Merlo Saturday shift girls rule! ❤️

occasionally a little too hot initially, but YMMV obsvly (mine's always a FW)
nice that they sometimes promote a 'bean of the month' but their usual blend is what keeps me returning, time & again

Undoubtedly the best coffee in Brisbane. The bean varieties provide great varied flavour profiles. The Private Blend has awesome balance. You can't go wrong on anything of the beans really
