We had a late lunch here. Service is quick. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices on the menu (although it can be difficult to read). The food is tasty and the coffee is excellent. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back!

Service was quick and mostly helpful. Well presented. Food and drinks came out quickly and tasted fresh. Restaurant is well kept and comfortable.
The menu is overwhelming! The meals and drinks on offer have random names that have nothing in common with the food they represent. The menu is VERY long and the list of extras as as many options as there are meals available. If you add more than a few your meal will get expensive very quickly. It's a corporate choice, and I hate it. Ordering is the most uncomfortably part of the experience. Especially with such attentive staff.

Absolutely poor service!
My friend and I ordered our meals, they only brought 1 out and told me they ran out of Pasta. Took my order, lost my order and then my mate has now finished his meal and hadn’t even started cooking mine! POOR SERVICE!

Huge menu of add-ons, and something for everyone. Lots of tables both inside and outside. Awesome cafe food. Great staff. Service timely. Had waffle fries with sweet chilli mayo, toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich, pancakes with berries, ice cream and maple, and bacon and eggs breakfast, coffee, mocha, cappuccino, smoothie. Coffee could have been a bit hotter, only improvement.

Cafe 63 is consistently good quality food at reasonable prices. It is our go to place when we don't know what to have. Can take the whole family because it is affordable.
Been to a few including the one at East Brisbane, South Brisbane, Valley, and Bulimba and they are all consistently good quality which is rare to find in Brisbane.
The menu is huge but a lot of it is the same with tiny variations so have a good read through before you order. The little cookies that come with the hot drinks are always a nice treat.

Had a great meal and coffee here - very unusual that it’s a drive thru restaurant: very unusual but fun and the cafe is great. Very similar to other Cafe 63 locations in terms of a big menu, which I love. Look forward to going back.

Disgusting customer service. Went through the drive through and got a drink, asked for ice cream instead of whipped cream. The girl confirmed this twice, then when it comes out it didn’t have anything on there so I asked for them to put the ice cream on. They said extra $2 which I had already paid!!! Then kept refusing to put it on there without me paying AGAIN
Go to zaraffas instead, this place is cheap and rude. Absolutely disgusting customer service
