I'm an Aussie, love Vietnamese food and culture, never dissatisfied with food here, cooking Vietnamese myself regularly, they nail their menu well, if your serious or concious of food you eat, Vietnamese food is a good start, and clearly the best choice in the area. Simple clean tasting foods to the pallet that are healthy for you, Australians have such an uneducated view of food, loving keto myself, and understanding food well now, Vietnamese food gets my vote hands down. Keep up the good work Saigon, your pho tai, pork salad vermicelli and spring rolls 10 out of 10, oh and don't forget the Vietnamese iced coffee, best coffee in the world. Highly recommend
