Pig 'n' Whistle Brunswick Street

went to the pig and whistle for a birthday lunch i had the fish and chips i wasn't feeling ;ike a heavy meal and im so glad i chose this it was perfect !!!!! couldn't rave more about them, the fish was absolutely amazing so much flavour, the staff were very friendly and i over all think that the price of everything was very reasonable

Worst customer service ever by the blonde hair bar attender with the moustache, almost were the only group of people in the whole venue, had to wait so long for my meal that basically the 7 other people at the table had finished when my chicken parmi was served. My partner ordered my mean so no excuse they didn't all come out at the same time. Bar tender serving my meal no apologies no customer service what so ever. Meal didn't even look like the picture, a lot of shrinkage happening with what your server to what appear in the picture. Severely over priced for what I received. Chips were terrible. Not really British at all, half our table was from the UK.

The place has a great feel and the safe were very friendly. Good selection of beers and the variety of seating area including the beer garden, main bar, top out door area and cellar/kitchen area give you lots of options. Only thing that was off is the food seemed under sized for the price. Given it’s a pub style environment I would have liked a little more on the plate.
