This place is the place to go. I ordered strawberry cheesecake crepes and they were absolutely amazing. I live 9 hours away from Brisbane and am seriously considering flying back just for this dish. It is served with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon sugar which sounds sickly sweet but when combined with the creaminess of the cheese, a light crepe and the zing of fresh strawberries, the flavours balance perfectly. Well done Alter Ego. It truly was the most magical meal!
