Well worth the trip into the city. I took the train in specifically to visit this shop after learning about it the weekend before. I arrived at lunchtime, it was clearly a very popular choice for lunch breaks. Asking the staff for their recommendation, I had a breakfast toastie, it was incredible! I can’t wait to return and try more things on the menu. It was ever so wonderfully cheesy. I will be back!

Had a toastie at Melt Bros Post Office Square, ham was essentially a Spam pressed ham. Terrible. Never been back.made me want to vomit. Eat at Post Office Square and nearby all the time and much better options available. To fair milk shake/thick shake was good. But Spam? Shameful!

One of the best, if not, the best toastie I've had. My only complaint is that there was a tiny amount of avacado at the bottom of my sandwich box. Well priced, fast and great staff.

I had a terrible experience here a few weeks ago when the girl who took my order blatantly ignored my request to remove an item in the toast due to allergies. Not only did I have to repeat myself and reiterate the order multiple times, for it then to be ignored but by the time I had realised I had already eaten the toastie. When I went back to confirm if this was removed the girl was so rude to me and then when I explained again why I needed to remove it was due to allergies and now I would actually get really sick from this she LAUGHED and smirked at me as she walked off when another girl came over to resolve the issue. I called her out on that and instead of apologising and accepting her mistake/miscommunication, she had the audacity to yell at me and deny what I had just seen and what she had done. Her behaviour and manner in which she handled the situation and treated me was disgusting. I did send an email using your online form to bring this matter to managements attention but never got a response back. I've been visiting melt brothers for years but won't ever be returning. BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!

Conveniently located in the Post Office Square food court. Came here to check the place out and to crab a quick coffee. They were already quite busy so l can only imagine what lunch would be like as l heard the food here is great. This time l only grabbed a coffee which l found to be quite average unfortunately but l'm not writing them off yet. Will be back to try other exciting things on their menu.

Can't fault this place. Very tasty, price is decent quality was good. If you love cheese and toasties, this is your place. Even comes in vegan and gluten free options for those who lean that way. I hope to come back here again at some point!

Would have probably at least 4 stars but they make you pay a surcharge to pay by card, but then won't allow you to pay by cash (due to covid). Either put your prices up to show what the customer actually has to pay or just waive the surcharge (the prices are shown in a digital display so would be very easy to change).

Who knew mac and cheese would be so good in a toasted sandwich? This was contained in my first toasted sandwich from Melt Brothers and I was well fed afterward. The portion size is larger than an average toasted sandwich, but not too large, so most would still be able to finish it, which I definitely appreciate as I hate leaving food on the plate! The maple bacon was a nice addition to my sandwich too. At first I was a bit hesitant to have it, but the subtle taste of the maple in there was actually quite nice! I love that this place is situated in a nook of the city like a hidden gem as well and the atmosphere of the place is cosy. The service is friendly and prompt too. Now that I finally found the place and know how long it takes to walk there from Queen Street, I will definitely be visiting for often for my cheesy toasted sandwich fix.
