Lots of variety of Asian-styled buns, cakes and pastries. I especially love their taro cakes, almond buns and Japanese milk bread. They also do really cute and creative theme cakes and festive pastries eg for Christmas and Lunar New Year, which are hard to find in the CBD.
Staff are usually cold and uninterested but never rude to me, I go here weekly.
They charge surcharge when paying by card, so bring cash and own bags.

I bought 3 bread today. There is no custard in the custard cream bread and the inside is empty. Another custard bread had no custard cream until half of the bread was eaten.The breads were all disappointing and tasteless. The trays in the store were damp and dirty.One is a custard bun, but receipt has a choc twist.Sometimes the bread you didn't buy may be written on the receipt, so be sure to check the receipt.

I can’t believe the staff didn’t say a single word to me throughout the whole payment. No greet words, did not tell the price, did not ask me whether I need a bag or not, did not ask pay by card or cash. Simply put the amount I have to pay on POS, but I’m going to pay cash! I gave the money to her, and she gave changes back. Still not a single word till I left the store! Is this a new fashionable way to serve customer? Silent service?

bad customer service. Never encounter such stuff before - bought 2 slices of cake and they are being pack in paper bags. Plastic bags are not foc. But paper bags for cakes? Moisture sipped through and what a hustle to even bring it home! At least provide a better packaging for the cake if there is no plastic bags provided. Staff was rude as well. Service is much better at indooroopilly outlet. 🤡

Food is good and price is fair. But don’t expect any customer service from this place. Don’t even say hello or how you doing ? I will rather go through self serve rather facing a human that sounded worse than a machine.

Customer service over the phone ordering a cake was a little hard to understand.
Should only take deposit over the phone not full payment for the order.
Ordered a rainbow cake and a fruit cake.
Tasted great and not too heavy to eat after a buffet dinner.

Highlights: staff are really nice and the location is convenient. The donuts are seriously delicious!
Lowlights: not as large a selection as the other stores, of similar size, that I’ve visited.
