Get regular guava green tea from the store, the cashier asked the lady in the kitchen if she knows how to make it, Got the worst guava soda sparkling water taste so weird and could not bothering to finish the glass and have to throw it away after 2 sips. Never come back again.

This morning, I ordered two milk tea, one is hot and other one is cold at 11:33。 believe or not there is a fly in my milk tea, I’m shocked and very disappointed. I trying to call this shop but no one answered....

I've been here a few times after eating in Myer Centre. Great drink variety, flavour and service speed. Depending on the staff, customer service is either great or average.
Customisability is on par with other common bubble tea chains - you can get different sugar and ice levels as well as non-dairy milk options.

Super slow. More than 15 mins to wait a simple Pearl milk tea. The guy actually did the good job, I can see he was super busy. Everything done by him only. Highly recommend owner can put more staff to help otherwise u will keep losing your customer.

Fast service, great variety and if you use the loyal-tea (yes that's what they call it) program you get free drinks pretty often.
Really recommend ordering with 1/2 sugar and 1/2 ice to get the biggest bang for your buck without dying from type 2 diabetes.
I'm a type 1 so I can say that, but if you like sweet tea, keep it fresh with full sugar then.

Great tea options, just make sure if you want pearls, that you don't order too late in the day, say after 4pm, as they might be sold out. Lots of the usual variations to try. Also have the option of reducing the amount of ice or sugar in your order. First time orderers would probably be best at half sugar.
