Very inconsistent, you ask for toast and sometimes you get bread and others you get burnt! And my coffee order was wrong. But the staff on the front are lovely and very welcoming.

Very inconsistent. I enjoyed the steak sandwich with bacon, cheese and onion the first time but have been back twice since and the second time the steak was chewy and this time all I got was the steak. No bacon, cheese or onion. Seriously!!!??? At least the steak was not chewy. Not happy. Wont be back again.

I cannot fault this establishment. Fantastic coffee, food and service. Also a very reliable café, appreciated that they remained open for takeaway during COVID shutdowns. Love the Blackstar coffee (if you haven't tried their coffee since they changed their beans, I encourage you to give it a go!). My favourites for brekkie are the avo toast and bacon and egg muffins, and for lunch I cannot go past a steak sandwich or one of their burgers - they are always so generous with their servings, certainly no skimping on ingredients. My colleagues have become regulars now too after seeing my food, it's our regular for team lunches and office coffee runs.

The food is great and the coffee is pretty good too. Nice decor and it's clean but it isn't a huge space so it's a bit cramped and no good if you're in a group. Mostly only tables for two and a couple to seat four and no room to reconfigure.
