Just had the worst experience ordering at Baskin and Robins Mount Ommaney. They lady working at front started off by lying and stating they don’t do takeaways for their sundaes when you can clearly order this through Uber eats. She was also extremely rude when asking me what flavours I wanted. There was no one in the store and she repeatedly asked even though i told her I was still deciding. Furthermore there portion size is ridiculous. I have ordered from the forest lake store and this no where near the correct portion size. From being lied to, the rude customer service and been given a ridiculous serving size will definitely be driving the extra 20 minutes to go your competitors. Also I’ve seen this is not the first time a customer has complained about the portion size.

Hey Owner and staffs , Could you follow a regulation of the quantity for the home pack ice cream? I come this shop nearly once a week. But i never seen anyone who work in this shop use digital scale for the quality. Today i bought a regular size home pack .they also didn't use a scale. It supposed to be 680g . I have a scale at home i found it is only 630g. Where is my rest of ice cream? Also they refused a stamp on a reward card as well . Is that true that the stamp card is no longer to use in Australia? It is such annoying this branch . Can you warn them?

Went here 19/06/2022 @8pm- really don’t recommend! Really horrible service spent 10mins waiting to be acknowledged by 2 staff members, no “hey how are you? we see you we be with you soon”,11 people standing there while the staff ignored us. We took our business to another ice cream parlour same amount of people one server and served with 10 minutes shout out to Lick ice cream Graceville
