Good coffee but just unviable levels of service - waiting 15-20 mins for a coffee before work isn’t practical! Had to leave this morning without even getting my (paid for) coffee, and not a hint of concern from the staff.

Food is great!!
Same cannot be said for the miserable female serving behind the counter.
She doesn't smile, acknowledge you and just glares.
This is not a one off either, it's daily. I wouldn't go back there but the food is good.
