Ordered online a few times. Shipped is always super quick and items arrive in perfect condition. Great access to stock that is harder to get in Australia. Team is friendly and the handwritten notes with every order are a nice touch. My new go to for all my run nutrition orders.

Pricing was competitive. I'm a first time customer and placed my order just a couple of days ago. Even despite expected Covid delivery delays, the products arrived within 2 days. Appreciated the sticker (gone straight on the car) and handwritten note is a nice personal touch. I'll be back!

I'm conflicted. While they sell good stuff, and staff is mostly nice and helpful (I have been a customer for a few years) their policies are weird. It has happened to me twice over the years that I bought something expensive (like trail shoes) which then went on sale for like 20% the next day. ANY OTHER STORE would honour this discount, especially if a customer is still within the two-week return period, not the Trail Co. Also, can it hurt to give the customer a heads up when you know those Hokas will be 20% off tomorrow?

Needed to buy some trail runners and didn't have much of a clue, the team was patient working through what I needed and trying on some options to help make the choice. They ended up having to get stock in due to sizing and made that really easy as well great store
