Pizza Capers

the number 1 worst dominos in the country. regularly very small toping all on one side of the pizza. e.g. "double" peperoni gets you 2 sausage per slice. nobody at this store can cut thru. a few times the oven wasn't hot and the pizza came out white, and had to go thru again. the quality checking AI system never shows you the photo (probably because the pizza outcome is so bad). the manager is excellent. the owner and the kitchen hands are woeful. the car park delivery never works so you wait in the car with lights flashing for 20 minutes. the store is always a mess. the pizza makers & cutters will eat, drink, and chew gum. the list goes on. check out this bbq meatlovers! let's just call it a sauce pizza?

This Dominos store is average. Though I've had one or two pizzas that have turned up slightly uncooked, the food is generally okay for the most part. The worst I've seen in terms of customer service at this store is the apparent lack of enthusiasm from the staff but I've never had a staff member be directly rude or anything like that. With some improvements this store has the potential to be really good.

Ordered a Supreme, Meatlovers and Double Bacon Cheeseburger. The Meatlovers and Double Bacon Cheeseburger were made okay but they were so overcooked and dry that I could barely eat half. The Supreme on the other hand was missing capicisum and spring onion and once again was overcooked. The one saving grace would have been a pepperoni on each slice and a decent spread of pizza sauce and cheese but it seems like they just dropped a whole lot of meat on it randomly which dried up like the other two pizzas.

We finished placing our order at 7:24pm, it’s now 9:36pm and we can see our order isn’t even cooking yet! We have ordered dinner from a different restaurant. This isn’t the first or second time it has taken over 2 hours for pizza to be delivered from Dominos Spring Hill. Cannot contact the store to cancel your order because phone line is always unavailable. We got through once on another occasion and the staff were very rude when we asked about the delay. UPDATE: 10:09 and our order was cancelled on the app by the store - no phone call to let us know or anything. 10:49 pm someone called to let us know they were outside with our delivery. We were already asleep.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered online, arrived at the store to collect however the pizzas took 10 mins longer than stated online - no biggie. During this time, out of the around 10 staff members not a single one even acknowledged our presence at the counter. The whole crew were too busy chatting and giggling to notice us or the other customer in front of us. One young lad who worked there was cuddling his girlfriend (hair down, heels and a dress on out back) who I presume also works there as she then starts working on pizzas (face mask down below her chin). Another girl, also in casual clothing starts chowing down on an ice cream from the freezer, again not sure if she works here or just came for the party. Forget going out clubbing on a weekend, get a job at Spring Hill dominos. Note to the franchise owner (as I can see you are active on here) check your CCTV from 9:40 to 10:00pm, 29/1/22. I’m embarrassed for your business.

Ordered pizza through Domino's app, was given time for delivery, follow up call as no pizza arrived, apparently they tried to deliver and they tried to call however no phone call. 2nd phone call to be told they don't deliver to where we are staying. We are 1.4klms away from this store. Almost $70 worth of pizzas and a few people still hungry at 920pm.. absolutely disgusting. Don't recommend

EDIT: New review. I just came into shop tonight. 24/5/22 approx 18:40. I ordered a loaded pepperoni and garlic scrolls. The young girl cutting up pizza was not wearing food handling gloves. She seems to be the only one that wasn't??? By Queensland law food that is cooked and ready to be served, you must wear food handling gloves if you need to touch the food before t goes to customer. Then behind the girl cutting the pizza's, was another girl sitting on the "food bench" This is a massive fine for sitting on a food preparation area. I told one of the staff to let her know that it is illegal to sit on a food preparation bench and it comes with a fine. She didn't even bother to tell her, even though she said she would. This is disgusting. I will not ever be coming into this store again. Oh and the one cutting pizza had to go away and then touched her face and I didn't see her wash her hands. This is disgraceful. I actually put my food in the bin and went else where I was that annoyed at what I had witnessed. This store is always dirty. I guess that's what happens when there's all teenagers working here. avoid this place. Went in the shop yesterday to pick up my pizza. The one person who was about to cut my pizza was interrupted by a phone call. My pizza and garlic scrolls were left to sit there to go cold. Along with the pepperoni pocket bread thing. Also the garlic cheese scroll looked so small that I ate it in one bite. The shop was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The windows were so dirty. Absolutely disgraceful.
