Food isn't terrible, but had a really difficult experience. They have many allergens know the menu so assumed they would be diligent. Asked for pad Thai minus a few things and still had them in. When we drove all the way back to swap (no compensation offered other than a bag of prawn crackers), the new dish had extras added. I would think when someone has things taken off due to allergens adding other things in without mentioning is probably not a great idea....

Firstly, it is a big food-packing failure if you put the supposed-to-be crispy prawn crackers with hot, steamy food. Gotta keep them separated. Secondly, whoever calls this food authentic does not know what the word means. The Thai beef mussaman did not taste like Mussaman. Although it had good flavours, it is not Mussaman. Traditional Thai beef Mussaman uses bigger chunks of either gravy beef or chuck steak, not small cuts of shaved meat. Very disappointed, as I was talking big about this place to friends and family, based on the online reviews. We cannot always rely on these reviews folks.

Very disappointing!!! I ordered a vegan phad Thai noodles and the first time they severed me with egg and when I complained they took that away and got me another which had few meat pieces in it... This time they just apologised and blamed the peak time for the twice mess up with my order !! That's it nothing else at all ... No replacement no money back what so ever . I would not recommend this place if you want your order to be customised.😓

I bought a Laksa Soup for lunch which I bought the previous week, and ate it and it tasted like coconut milk because there wasn't any seasoning in it. I also put a mouthful in and bit down on a sharp piece of plastic. I then went back to the store and asked for a refund of the $16 Laksa soup. They then proceeded to yell at myself and my mother who came with me saying "It wasn't their fault and they refuse to refund me". The mangers were a short lady and tall man. The woman acted like a complete cow yelling in our faces and refusing responsibility. The man came in and joined in the abuse over THEIR dish. By the end of it and my mother's scary side the man agreed to refund me with his female managing partner yelling at him saying "why are you refunding them! its not our fault! they already ate some so its theirs!" Lets just say that myself, my mother and everyone i work with aren't going to be customers there ever again. The male managers name was George.
