Best burgers in town! Had many burgers in my life, some allegedly “gourmet”, but these really are. They tick all the right boxes, and the customer service was spot on. I recommend dropping in and trying their burgers, dirty fries and onion rings. Eat in for burger n beer for $19 too with a good selection of beer on tap.

Quality service and my burger was fresh and delicious too! Thanks to the gentleman who made sure we (myself and my puppy) had a warm seat near the heater. Big smile and a happy attitude, he was friendly with the kitchen staff and provided great service to the other customers there too. I was really just looking for an alternative to the usual weeknight routine of walking the dog and cooking dinner but the good service and tasty burger made it a really positive experience. After making a small complaint about a month ago, Burger Urge Windsor have really 'upped' their game. Tonight my burger was perfect, the way I like it. Awesome customer service, and my special burger requests were listened too and accommodated. Keep it up. Will be back for sure 👍 Steve

Went in yesterday with my wife for lunch. Instantly acknowledged by staff and given a menu (with a friendly service smile). We ordered without trouble. I messed up and forgot to order chips.. they made me some straight away. The burger was delicious as usual. Chips are tasty too. Always coming back here and letting anyone I know to do the same. Great food and top service.

Our company Johnson controls comes over to Burger Urge once a week and we never receive anything but the best service. We are always served straight away, meals are always delicious. Outstanding service from all staff members from kitchen hands to floor staff. Thank you for being great host 🙌🏽

Came to Burger Urge at Windsor at the invitation of the manager after there was an issue the previous week with Uber Eats.
Can't be any happier with the way the issue was communicated and managed from Burger Urge.
The dine in facilities are excellent, staff friendly and it's really a comfortable environment.
Food quality was excellent and really quick. Definitely a better experience than having to wait for a delivery driver.
I'll come and dine in-house again.
