I do not understand why this has such good reviews. This restaurant would never survive in Italy. I would give zero if we coud. The base was undercooked when I specifically asked for a crispy base, the dough itself was risen for about 5 minutes as tasted bland as a wooden spoon. The ingredients itself are clearly not quality and the cheapest they could find. The salad was just plain rocket and uncooked pears WITHOUT any oil, salt, lemon, or herbs (who would even want to eat that?). To top it off, we ordered 2 tiramisù and instead got given packet mix cakes! Aawful awful awful. Completely avoid!

Poor service. We waited half an hour and had to go to the counter and ask for service. Our pizza took an hour after that. No waiter asked if we wanted more drinks. My sparkling wine was hot. We were told we could get a pizza with olives and anchovies only on a half. They were all over it. We spoke to a server about our issues very politely to be told "you can see we are busy." I sent a private message and the reply was that there staff did well. I'm not sure what they did well with. Only one dessert pizza was available, they had ran out of ingredients for the other 2. The McDonald's on the way home was good.

SO DISAPPOINTED. $120 DEFINITELY better spent elsewhere. EVERYTHING WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. NEVER AGAIN. a four year old could have made a better pizza. Looks like a three year old put the topping on. A container of gluten free potato gnocchi cost $22 = it was half full. I’m not happy Jan!!! DEFINITELY WON’T go back!!!

Wow just... I don't actually know where to start. Ordered on Uber, took nearly two hours as the drivers kept cancelling because it took so long. The photos will speak volumes but incase they don't here is some honest and not over stated feedback : smallest coldest meal on the planet, which fine whatever, tasted like Aldi packet potato gnocchi with tomato PASTE. Not sauce, as in if you bought a jar of tomato sauce from the grocery store it would be better, this actually tasted like canned tomato paste without even being mixed into any type of "sauce". My 6 year old niece once made me bolegnaise and it was basically beef mince and tomato paste from the can, bless her. It was better than this. My dog sniffed it and walked away. $25 "main". God even if it was good, look at that size? For potato and tomato. What an utter disgraceful ripoff. Your owners and "chef" should be ashamed. Summary : packet gnocchi, tomato paste, sprinkle of maybe cheese, and about 5 mouthfuls that my Labrador wouldn't eat (if you have a Labrador, you know they'll eat just about anything. Guess the acidic tomato paste was a turn off). Actually the worst "meal" I can ever recall, paid for or free. Learning to cook in grade 4-5 produced better results 🙄

Even though I live 2 minutes from this place I will never go there again. I ordered the salmon and salad for take away, took it home and there was a piece of fish in a container and my partners meal. No salad. I called up and told them what I had ordered and that they didn’t put the salad in. Her reply “we ran out” I paid full price and was not made aware and no apology or offered any substitute. The mozzarella sticks were basically hollow and the pasta serve is half a small container.

Placed an order online, chosen to get it delivered and to pay to the delivery person at the door Got a call after 5 minutes and they told me the FPOS service wasn't working and I needed to pay over the phone (I hate giving my credit card details over the phone) the order was over $60 and should have been without delivery fees My orders was for $69.70 but over the phone they charge me $79. 92 The girl on the phone wasn't pleasant either and the pizzas where average Won't see another order from me that's for sure
