Zambeekas Dfo

The food had flavour and they catered for my gluten allergy but the 2 tiny pieces of chicken and the small lots of sauces etc... weren't worth the $10 I paid. My wife ordered a burger with rib eye steak and as we are about to sit down was informed there was no steak available and hasn't been for the last 2 weeks, Why didn't the cashier know this ??? Also asked for BBQ sauce and that was non existent.

Chicken was tasteless and you could tell it was heated up in a microwave. The bread was old and not fresh, the rice in the burrito bowl was also microwaved and almost everyhing in the bowl was from a can. Even the red onions were soft and wilted in the burger I had. For the price we paid we will not be back.

What happened. I orderd the burrito bowl today . I waited ages for my order which being on my lunch break kind of left me little time to actually eat . I opened my my take away bag and inside was a take away container . Clearly not a bowl (I have ordered the bowl for take away before ) which i was a little dissapointed in . Mostly because the container was so much smaller than the take away bowl , but really because the food was all smooshed in there with a tiny amount of guacamole, sour cream and salsa all over the lid. I sat down to eat my lunch.... THE RICE WAS COLD!! I had to microwave it. I would have taken it back but i was so hungry and didnt have time before my break was over. So dissapointed . Front of house staff was super lovely and bubbly but yeah.... kind of want my money back
