Mister Q Cafe

Wifey happened to go past the second branch of Mister Q Cafe in Chatswood Central while out shopping and brought back some pastries: * almond croissant $5.50 * chocolate tornado $4.50 Both were pretty good and I was quite pleased with the flavour and quantity of the frangipane in the almond croissant - would happily eat again. Good random find! Leaving review here as the branch doesn't appear to have its own listing, and I presume the pastries come from the main store.

I would give 5 stars for the Fijian Indian owner and a few of the Asian girls but 0 stars for the Foreign blonde (wife of owner). She has the worst customer service I have ever come across, disgraceful the way she speaks to her staff and the new trainees. Burns coffee, re uses coffee beans, doesn’t heat the food up properly, forgets drinks and doesn’t give you the free drink you are meant to get every “7” on the blue card. Christophers in Daisy Hill sells Merlo for anyone that doesn’t want to buy her burnt coffee and deal with her rude attitude. Best of luck to the owner and all other staff I won’t be back, please find a new position for her that doesn’t require customer service before you loose more customers

Great staff, friendly, quick and efficient. Havent had much of their food choices except for the occasional croissants. Coffee, on the other hand, is excellent compared to so many other places has the right amount caffeine hit and once staff know you are a regular client they quickly know your preferences to ensure it satisfies your taste buds.
