Miss India Kelvin Grove

Absolutely disgusted by the staff last night. My family usually buy takeaway from here at least once a fortnight if not once a week. We are regular customers spending over $50 per order. Last night I walked into the shop at 6pm to get dinner for my family and was told I would have to wait 10mins as they were too busy filling Uber eats orders. Seriously!!! I make the effort to order in person, you get 100% of my money, yet are more concerned with paying fees for phone orders. It takes literally less than 5 mins to complete my order but you expect me to stand there watching you for 10mins. Then the lady suddenly pretends to not be able to speak English when I’ve had very pleasant full English conversations with her in the past. You should just close your front of house operation and focus on phone orders then. Rude rude rude.

I started to come here Few months before ,One wait staff was there behind the counter Now I am noticing she is not there. She was amazing with excellent customer service skills and well knowledge of curries. She used to serve me. Now also the service is ok and the curries as well. Visited today again , fresh naan with good filling. Highly Recommend to all. 👍

My wife and I visited Miss India about a year ago. Went to the counter and noticed a fly buzzing around inside the food area behind the glass window and tried to let the counter girl know. She ignored me and so I said to my wife we are getting out of here. I frequently pass by Kelvin Grove Miss India and can see they make no effort to weed the front area or make it look clean and tidy. If some business doesn't clean the front then whats happening behind the scenes???? Dirty, disgusting and uncaring Don't go there......

Went there tonight with my father, was told no nan bread. My father than proceeds to order a meal. And didn't realise was a dine in menu (honest mistake). He then asked if he could just get the curry and rice in a contain to go was told no, the person behind the counter then put curry back in the curry pot and shuffled away (mind you was a young person) and puts the tray away. Thanks for nothing won't be coming back to your store, if thats how you treat customers.
