You can choose from set menu options or cuatomise your own bowl. I can't eat brown rice because of iron issues so had to build my own (they don't have a lot of options). Portions very small and I was still hungry after eating it. My base was market greens and black beans...I added Fish Cakes ($3) Mushroom ($2 and I only got 1!!) I even got 1 egg (Also $2)... Can't remember what else but it equated to $15. Such a rip off.

It's a good restaurant with healthy and eco-friendly food. The taste was really good, but the portion was small.

Healthy food, quick service, but a bit disappointing when it comes to flavour and portion - small for that price. Salads could have some kind of dip to combine the meal all together..

Pros- Excellent for people with food allergies like me. A relatively healthy option in the cbd. The staff are lovely. Cons- Not actually very tasty. The bone broth was watery and tasteless and the Fuji bowl was pretty unexciting. I love the concept but the execution is lacking. It's basically the same quality as any other quick lunch place which was disappointing.

Delicious, healthy, fresh food and smoothies! I had the clean burrito bowl and added tomato salsa, it was really great. Fraction on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Clean, nourishing and delicious??? I had my first foray into the thr1ve life and have to say it was inedible. The staff member said you make all your food from scratch and fresh. If a wilted and soggy capsicum, dried out chicken and soft (not cruncby) broccoli is your standard then people need to know about this and I need to inform them as it was honestly the biggest waste of $13 I have ever spend on a healthy meal. You can't have fresh cooked food when half of the capsicum and broccoli is hot and cold which suggests it was snap frozen and reheated in the microwave and explains the soggy taste of water flowing through the meal. Extremely unprofessional to mislead a paying customer like this and to charge for such an inadequate meal.

I ordered a custom breakfast bowl and a smoothie, to have there. First of all, the food wasn't brought to me. The chairs outside of the cafe are extremely inconvenient to get on and off of, so the fact that I had to go back to the counter to get my food bothered me. The amount of food I received was minuscule and not at all what you would expect from a $10 "breakfast bowl". I was given "BioCutlery", which is glorified cardboard. The fork snapped within seconds of me using it. I went back to the counter and explained that it had snapped and asked for new cutlery. The woman who was serving me tried to give me another packet of that "cutlery". I asked for a different type and she grabbed what I assume was a dirty knife and fork, which she "cleaned" by wiping with a cloth. They were still dirty. The straw in the smoothie was also glorified cardboard, like a toilet roll but thicker. It became soggy as soon as I drank some of the smoothie through it and the taste of the straw was very obvious and unpleasant. A man ordered after me and sat down. His food was brought to him and he was given proper cutlery. He was also served by somebody different. The woman who served me was blonde and this happened at 10am on the 8th of November, by the way. This is the worst cafe experience I've ever had.

Terrible home delivery meals. Bought 20 meals and tried to eat 3. So bad that we threw the rest out. Beef brisket was only fat. Cheap mince used in other. Third meal lacked any flavour just lots of chilli. Also meals are only best before for 3 days after you delivery even though the company advertises meals good for 4-7days. Waste of money for home delivery meals.
