You will usually find parking here, the staff is friendly and the food is normally very good. You also have walking access to nearby banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, and a few other places while waiting on the order. It's also wheelchair accessible however the car park itself is not covered, so you'll get a good showering in the rain. It's also pretty small with a tow away sign for non customers. The shop is pretty large and quiet even on the weekends, you won't have trouble finding a table here.

I just made a take away order here and asked for the peri peri salt on the side instead of on my chips. I was told that they don’t do that for takeaway orders and I would have to purchase a $4 shaker of salt. There’s no way I’m going to spend extra money on something that I would have gotten for free if I didn’t ask for it on the side. I would have thought customer service would be a priority for them since a very popular American bbq place has opened up next door. I’m feeling disappointed, this seemed really petty and has left a bad taste in my mouth. The chips were okay, though, so I’ll give a 3 star rating.

I have been to this Nandos multiple times and every time I have had a bad experience. I kept going back as it's the closest and was just hoping they were just having been an off day unfortunately I'm starting to realise it's just a crappy store with staff who don't know what they are doing. Iv had raw chicken served to me, burgers with a piece of chicken that covers less than half the burger- this has happened a few times and every time we order peri peri chips there's the tiniest amount of Peri peri salt on the chips - such a little amount that you can't even taste the salt. Just to top it all off the staff have always been rather rude when I go in, just an overall bad experience every time. This store has been such a disappointment and staff need to be trained in how to prepare food properly

Very Bad Service. We went in there for a meal an hour before they close and they refused to let us dine in there and said that it was take away only. They were already putting the chairs away and were quite rude about it. Obviously we left from there and went to a different Nandos ( Woolloongabba) who were happy to serve us. Not going there again and definitely not recommending it to anyone else. No service for the kind of price they charge.
