Went to club Thursday night. Both of us ordered steak. Waited way too long for main course to come. Wife’s eye fillet ordered med had blood and sent back. I finished my steak and still no sign of wife’s 20 mins later and had to approach kitchen staff asking where it was. Was told they were extremely busy. Got replacement steak and half was still bloody again. Terrible dining experience and won’t be hurrying back. Needs someone who knows how to cook steak working in kitchen as other customers steaks were seen going back as well. One of the worst experiences in the last two years and we eat out every week. Pick up your game or you will lose a lot of customers

Won’t be returning here anytime soon. The food was seriously underwhelming and given the title of the restaurant it became immediately clear they have no idea how to cook a steak. Mine was still bleeding all over the plate so no resting and burnt on the outside so probably straight from the fridge to the grill - rookies. I get that it’s a club but honestly expected better from the food. The staff were inattentive and lacked attention to detail. Didn’t seem to care about the presentation and quality of food being brought to the table. Luckily the duty manager was more clued on. Do better!

We dined here tonight for dinner as a table of 7, we ordered at 635pm we ordered 3 of the Thursday night steak specials and 4 kids meals, by 745 no meals had been delivered. When 2 of the 4 kids meals and 1 of the 3 adults were delivered (wrong meals) we made our first complaint. From here it all went even worse and the other 2 adult meals were never delivered. We finally for the other 2 kids meals at 755 but never the other 2 adults. The service was absolutely appalling. I asked for a medium cooked steak that came out rare and no sauce with it. It was our first dining experience here and I can confirm it will be our last. We usually frequent another local sports club and we understand nights can be busy and mistakes can be made, but not to this extent.

Had dinner and dessert here last night and it was really delicious, great sized meals for the price point as well. The arrancini balls as the special entree were especially amazing! The staff were all so wonderful and helpful from our booking to ordering and being served at the bar. So happy we joined up as members, We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great night 😊

Tried the club again as a guest after an unpleasant first experience. Waiters seem to walk on egg shells which gives a rushed and panicked atmosphere, and others give no pride in how they look. The club has everything going for it, then you see Shrek plod past in crocs and socks. Could all most hear "Get outta my swamp!" Looking decent takes little effort and is expected. Coffee exceptional.
