Mad Mex

I had a chubby fairly tall lady serving me at 2:30ish pm Saturday today (30 November). I dont believe it was mad mex's fault but I had the most lacklustre dissapointing burrito at this point, maybe because when I ordered the chicken burrito, the lady dropped half of the chicken on the floor while putting it on my burrito - that was half the amount of chicken you were supposed to get - gone from my burrito and she didn't bother to try to compensate for the loss by putting the amount of chicken she dropped from the scoop. As a result, the burrito was mainly filled with mushy rice with no flavour. Then her attitude was pretty blase, I wasn't about to talk to her because of what she did with my chicken, but she made no effort to try to look happy or greet me with any customer service. The burrito I had was the worst I have ever had, I never knew you could screw up a burrito til I came here. Not coming here again, that was the last time.

First time visiting a Mad Mex Wednesday 28th August at 5pm and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food fresh and felt authentic. Food was quick, drinks fridge well stocked and drinks were cold. Decent price for the sizes of the meals. Very happy and highly recommend

Visited 24th October. So lovely to see a vegan/vegetarian friendly outlet at Brisbane Airport, Mad Mex has freshly prepared ingredients mixed in with their new vegan chicken burrito which was more than yummy. Super lovely server helping to make the customer experience a pleasure. Would deffo visit again!
