great customer service and delicious raw foods. I love their raw slices, I tried the pistachio, choc mint and berry and they were all so tasty. I like freezing them overnight or until hard and eating them like frozen cake slices (healthy munchies). I have also frozen their snickers smoothie a couple times and I'm currently eating the açai bowl frozen and it's so rich and yummy, like a fudge cake. I'm so glad I discovered this place

Food was so delicious don’t get me wrong, but paid $18 on Uber for a large and wasn’t worth the price. The main thing was, it wasn’t even filled to the top and didn’t have the toppings that said it did. A bit disappointed because I normally love Charlie’s, but I’m somewhat regretting paying the price for what I got.

I normally love Charlie's raw squeeze. We got a dragon and sneakers bowl with some juices. The dragon bowls topping was a disappointment with frozen blueberries and not so fresh or great kiwi fruit. I didn't understand why fresh blueberries aren't used at this time of year. Both bowls weren't blended properly and seemed pre-frozen because there were heaps of ice shards. The youth kid needed a lesson in customer service.

Terrible service. Ordered two small juices, after ten minutes of waiting they come out and tell me that they don’t have the ingredients to make either. Could’ve told me far before I paid. Staff were rude and lazy. A badly staffed shop with disorganised management. After I ordered the juices with what they could make, they went to storage twice to retrieve ingredients forcing us to wait for another ten minutes. Rotten fruit in crates outside the store along with the classic pineapple decor that were covered in mold 🥵 let alone the outside and inside being dirty with a weird sediment on every surface. Never going back here xoxox
