Moreton Bay Sports Club

Visited today for lunch and the silverside was so very tender it melted in my mouth, all vegetables were so perfectly cooked, even the potatoes at different sizes. Far out even my children would eat this as mine is never this great. And to top it off it was close to all free as I used my birthday month voucher, a free drink to the value of $5 and meal to the value of $10 (I had to pay the difference of $2.50). What a great deal and this included dessert too. Two ladies have worked here for years and they are both very nice and helpful. I think the lady who served me both a drink and lunch order today is Veronica and so lovely. They definitely are the reason why people would come back and I thank you. My children will enjoy coming here. I would give you more stars but the most is five. One very happy member.

It was a great club until a dodgy staff member embezzled thousands of dollars, then gross mismanagement caused the place to shut down. It was busy every night, warm atmosphere, cheap and delicious meals, live music and the usual club things. Very family friendly. Yet is was shut down? I will never understand that. Anyway, I hope there is a new owner in the future.

I visited the Morton Bay Sports Club for the first time today & I was quite impressed. I along with my 3 senior friends had lunch with desert at 'special' discount prices. The meals were tasty & plentiful. There is a room full of pokie machines & I noticed quite a few parents and children playing around the sports grounds, outside. There's something for everyone. I'll return for sure. GH.

Mothers Day was appauling...A new low for a newly refurbished club. Having been previous 3 yrs this was shocking! I was having to apologize to my mother I felt so bad. There were no decorations or signs to even say it was Mothers day, the tables were bare with no linen at all...The food at 25.90pp was a joke and no different from their $8.90 Sunday lunch specials. Absolutely no expendature on the day apart from a choc rose...whoopie. Compared to other clubs in the area definately not on the same standard. No more special events here, you have lost my patronage!!
