We have been visiting Golden Palace Chinese Restaurant for more than a year and everytime the experience has been good. Great menu options for both non-vegeterian and vegetarian food. The food is delicious and so reasonably priced. The interior and decor is appealing. Great service, the staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant is located right is heart of Fortitude valley and is easily accessible from any corner of Brisbane. Must visit for authentic chinese food.

Good array of food options, very tasty
Had lunch here and everything was pretty good. The service is generally good, was a bit up and down this trip but enjoyable to sit and chat in between servings.
The options are pretty extensive, and very tasty, with a decent options for sides with the main dishes. would go again as it is priced pretty reasonable also.

We went here for a special occasion to meet family we haven’t seen for ages. The food was beautiful. The location was vibrant and service was great. We enjoyed the large portions of quality food.
Would highly recommend this place if you enjoy sharing food and enjoy this cuisine. Big 10/10.

We have been coming here regularly for a while and every time has been a pleasure. The food is always first rate, as is the service. Best of all, it's like stepping back in time to my childhood. This place has an old school grandeur that isn't forced or pretentious. It just is what it is, and it is amazing.

Last came here for yum cha lunch 7 years ago. Lovely wait staff. Food is hot (something other restaurants are failing to deliver) but it takes forever to come out. Not bad food today but not good enough to return for. Bit pricey for the serving sizes. Ox Tripe was good, chicken feet overcooked and with an unusual sauce. Lack of trolleys (now standard in Brisbane apparently) really does diminish the experience.

Yum cha here was great! Seems they don't wheel trollies of delights around any more (shame). On the upside, ordering from the menu meant the dishes came out hot straight from the kitchen. So delicious, so well priced. Excellent, friendly service.

Excellent experience at this restaurant. The wait staff were efficient, freindly and attentive. They were accommadating to the vegan and gluten free members of our group and happily helped us serve and decorate the birthday cake we brought in. Beautiful classic chinese restaurant decorum. Would recommend for large family gatherings and business dinners.
