Hien Vuong Cafe Restaurant is a very welcoming - highly recommended modest yet inviting natural light glass fronted bright and very clean establishment. The Vietnamese cuisine is genuinely fresh and authentic. The menu gives great variety and catering for all needs. Dishes are delicious, aesthetically well presented in colours, well balanced flavour, texture and taste. It is the typically natural rich wholesome home cooked meals experience. The best pho in the world and I trust them for over 10 years, the taste is always the same. Moved out of melbourne for 3 years and on my last visit the owner still remember me and gave me the sweetest welcome and that definitely made the best day when I’m in town. So much respect for this place and love for food, the best soup and honest good food in Melbourne.

I’ve been trying pho in some places in Melbourne , but i can’t lie this place has the best pho of all time, i mean the authentic taste of pho hit different here, the soup the beef and all of that just perfect! I keep coming back to this place’s! The owner seems so nice and taking care of their customers, the nanny who cooks the food really need to be appreciated! The best pho in town!!!
