Burrito Bar

Went for lunch today (10/12 - 1pm) for the $9.95 meal very filling very yummy. Quick service and great atmosphere. We usually come in for dinner which always leave very satisfied. I don’t usually do reviews but had to give a shout out to the young lady behind the counter. She was so lovely and bubbly, spoke very clearly with confidence and knowledge when we were ordering. She was doing other jobs (napkins) but when we got up to go order she was on the ball and came straight over to service us.She did a really great job and this customer service is the reason we always come back.

Thought I would give them another chance, after the 1st time ordering they delivered the totally wrong order. 2nd time was just as bad. I ordered 3 tacos, hard shell fish taco and soft shell chicken taco, none of my taco had pico de gallo just meat cheese and sour cream, fish taco was broken and the frozen fish in my freezer tastes better the that crop. All our food was cold. Disgusting won't be ordering from the again

We’ve had Burrito Bar Carseldine delivered a couple of times. I note much better value is to be found purchasing the same order in-store. Also, delivery isn’t best option for anything spread over their corn chips - their corn chips are delicate and delicious when uncovered, but their delicateness means they become soggy quickly. We look forward to eating in store some time and getting the best experience. Still, very tasty and enjoyable!!

Dined in had the beef ribs perfect and piping hot. The chocolate mud cake was also 🤤. If u love cold food use uber eats or other relevant delivery services,u can never get hot food using a delivery service that brings your food in a coles insulated bags as I just witnessed. U can not blame the store for cold food more the delivery driver of u want great food go down there and dine in great experience.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered chicken wings, some were fine, some had a very bad off odour to them. Called the store to be told they can only give me a me batch of replacement wings... (No thanks). Said they won't refund and kept telling me they were fresh and ordered today and that he had the receipt for them... I asked if he wanted me to bring them in so he could smell them and he didn't oblige. Won't ever be returning here again. Fingers crossed theres no salmonella 🤢🤮
