Hello Gorgeous

This was such a beautiful looking restaurant. It is perfect if you want to have some drinks and a snack to go with it. I would also recommend it if you want to have a girls catch up like a baby shower or hens night. We went in a public holiday and it wasn’t busy at all. We had the space to ourselves which we really enjoyed. They also did custom mock tails for us since they didn’t have a mocktail list. They had an extensive drinks menu.

I had my 21st birthday here over the weekend and it was everything and more! Brigitte, thank you so much for everything! Everyone had the most amazing night and were raving about how good the food was. You really went above and beyond and I can’t thank you enough. Can’t wait to come back soon for a cheeky bev. If you are thinking about hosting your next function here, don’t think, just do!

I had a birthday party here a while ago - where we paid $500 to secure a ‘private space’ for the party to spend on food. Long story short: 1) the space was not private as people freely walked through our space, we raised this to the staff but nothing was done 2) we ordered the menu items but only half of what we ordered came out - we also raised this to the staff but the food never came out (did they think I didn’t notice because I was distracted with the festivities?) 3) they took my birthday cake away before even asking me - there was so much left over.. my guests and I actually wanted to bring some home but when I noticed it was too late. All my guests (I had 25 guests) also felt disappointed and upset for me as I didn’t enjoy my birthday party. We went elsewhere afterwards to celebrate better but honestly very disappointing experience and will never go back, same goes for my guests who attended.

Hello Gorgeous was the perfect location in Newstead with plenty of space both inside and outside. The event manager helped me every step along the way and made it super easy and flexible! The function space as well was great, if your ever needed a a venue or a casual drink, Hello Gorgeous is your next one!

Came in around lunch time. The bar staff was quite rude with taking the order. Cocktails took 20 mins to come out to the table. Chips were served without salt and were quite soggy for $10 despite the large serving. Menu is very limited with food options and the drinks menu does not have mocktails and the bar will not offer to make them
