Cafe Di Luna

Cafe Di Luna used to be my favourite coffee shop in Sunnybank, until about 18 months ago. I went for brunch with some friends. We all ordered open grill sandwiches and drinks. Our drinks arrived, which was a good start, however 20 mins later when I enquired about our food, I was told that the oven had broken and therefore we couldn't have the food we ordered. Why they didn't tell us this when we ordered is a mystery. We left very disappointed. About six months later my hubby took me there for my birthday. I thought, why not, the oven should be fixed by now. Anyway we decided to order from the all day brekky menu and then get a plate of poffertjes to share. Our dessert arrived first, follow about 10 minutes later by my hubbys meal. Five minutes later our drinks arrived. I am still waiting for my main meal. Left very disappointed again. A few weeks later I went with another friend, once again, after ordering and waiting for a while, we were told, sorry the oven is broken. I haven't been back in over 12 months. Today, against my better judgement, we headed back to Cafe Di Luna for lunch for my mothers birthday. After about 20 minutes we had decided to order so headed for the counter. My dad has special dietary requirements, so has to be particular when ordering. He ordered my mums open grill, their drinks and dessert then, he ordered his meal (gluten free), finally getting it through to the very English challenged waiter, when another waiter comes out of the kitchen to help and informs us that, you guessed it, the oven is broken and we can't have open grills. Ended up at Maccas. What A let down. Do I recommend this Cafe. NOT ON YOUR LIFE, NEVER GOING BACK. I THINK THEY NEED TO DO AN OVERHAUL OF THE WHOLE PLACE INCLUDING THE STAFF,
