so 3rd time unlucky. really........ READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS on note. what I ordered is NOT what I got. when I questioned her. she just had a dopey look and said I can make you another one. my reply...........why didn't you do it right the 1st time. standards in a corporate building is very poor. pick up your game. I guess people just don't go back instead of telling the staff or they just think give them a chance and it should get better. NOPE :(
