My friends and I all had burgers and deserts from here which we all enjoyed. We all thought they provided great customer service how ever the restaurant was not that busy and our Burger's didn't take that long to come to the table but the deserts did. I can't wait to come back and try something else next time I'm in town. I recommend this restaurant

Grabbed brekky here on a Sunday. Smoked bacon was nice and crispy with great flavour. Meal size for "The big Apple" was on point 👌🏽 Even had a steak knife for breakfast which is essential with any sourdough. Banana smoothie was delicious too. Great customer service from the Owner, we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great restaurant and the food is above average. Happy hour is one of the best times to come as the wine is cheaper. My daughters both love the milkshakes as well. It is a great place to eat out with a dog as they are dog friendly. I tried the ribs and they where spectacular but are sightly expensive. The service can sometimes take a while so I would recommend ordering your second drink 10 minutes before you want to drink it. My daughters milkshake took around 30 minutes to come but it was worth the wait as they are very large and tasty. I would highly recommend this place as long as you have time to spare to wait. The food is defending worth the wait. Some food options are gluten free but not 100% coeliac (my sister in-law is coeliac and they told her they couldn’t guarantee the fry’s to be gluten free as they do have a gluten free fryer but someone may have used it with gluten food).

The food is usually pretty great, but the service is unredeemable. There is no sense of urgency and half of the “Order and Pay” options from the table don’t work. We have given this business multiple chances while at varying levels busyness and regardless of whether it’s quiet or packed out - you’ll still wait a substantial amount of time for any action to happen at your table. This is FAR from an option “before the movies”.

We went in to this place after seeing a movie to have a drink. Going up to order I was abruptly stopped by the owner & told to go back to my table to download an app to order a wine. They were not busy or rushed off their feet. When asked if I could just order at the bar & did I have to download the app, she replied very bluntly yes, download the app. Apparently they offer no there way to order, even though we had been many times & never asked to order from the app. The owners demeanour was extremely rude, clearly not bothered about customer service, preoccupied with serving her friends & talking to them. We went to BWS instead, much better service there! Such a shame
