Coffee Hit Carindale

I have only rated my experience 2 stars due to the coffee being at a good standard. I visit coffee hit frequently and am appalled by the customer service everytime. The young female staff have everytime shown me sass and attitude leaving me annoyed and frustrated. Serious changes need to be made to girls not treating the customers at an appropriate level of service.

Have been a regular at this cafe for awhile now, however the quality of the food is very poor and I have had to return items a number of times due it not being able to be eaten. Also very expensive. I have also witnessed the owner yell abuse at his young staff whilst they were serving or helping me. Coffee is good so it’s a shame about the food and the staff. Will not return.

So much competition around for coffee places these days, why risk bad reviews for being stingy? They want to charge $1.20 for a baby chino but put no milk in it, all airy throth only. Female staff member unable to use a little lateral thinking when it comes to service, would've made all the difference but I guess they don't care, no worries just don't get upset about poor reviews. On the flipside coffees here are always good, highly recommended. Just dont be so damn stingy and train your staff to use their brains a little and consider customers.

Not the most efficient barista. Got takeaway and she literally made each individual cup of coffee one by one with the smallest jug of milk possible, and swirling the milk as she poured, wasting more time. I know this is juvenile but for a place called coffeehit, i want my hit QUICK. Coffee was no better than any other place and $4.20 for a small? Overpriced. Should have just gone to muffin break. Not going back.

COFFEE SCAM WARNING! Make sure you question them about their 1 1/2 shot scam!! They only add 1 shot to a industry standard 2 shot "mug of coffee" they dont add anymore coffee beans, just more water. 1 shot - 9 grams 2 shots - 18 grams 1 1/2 shots - 13.5 grams **These people just 20ml more water to 9 grams of coffee and charge you for 13.5 grams at the cost of 2 shots
