Edit: Service has been getting worse and portions are constantly being reduced. I have paid for Regular many times and been given Small portion. It just happened again and I always forget to check until I have eaten it. Recent change: Have to pay for sauces! Reluctant to eat here now.*** No excuses for not eating healthily now! Crafty Cuts offers friendly service and delicious fresh food, made from good quality ingredients, in nearly no time at all! Have the option to have it in a sandwich or as a bowl that's Gluten free and Carb free! Choose to go unhealthy with some chips or a soft drink if you like or choose other salads, roast veggies etc. They have a range of sauces and even offer bread or lemon additionally! Bowls start from $8.90. Definitely will be back again!

Quite possibly the best falafel I have ever had. And the generous slice of dill pickle they give you - amazing.

Absolutely delicious food, very fresh and you can taste the difference. Always wanted somewhere that just did simple, healthy food but not "health food". Staff were some of the friendliest I've dealt with. Tops effort! Eating here always gives me a smile. Top of the line customer service and a simple menu that just works. Sandwiches with seasonal sides or a market bowl with a protein / veg combo and rice as an option, it's everything you ever wanted from a salad bar or a sub sandwich shop but never got in one place. Fresh, healthy, made to order, and tasty!

I have a feeling that they were training new staff on my last visit there. The service was a little bit slower than I thought it would be seeing as how it's a very simple menu, but they were extraordinarily busy. I went a few weeks after it opened and thought it was quite good, but this time, the salads were really bland, the side of green beans really had nothing special going on, and the dressings were close to flavorless. That being said, the sandwiches are quite good with their delicious meats, super flavorful and pretty damn close to perfect bread. I'd probably give this closer to a 3.5 star rating, but at the price point in a food court with a lot of options, this feels more appropriate.

I was blown away by the quality and generosity of the bowls served here. Really wholesome ingredients and great flavours. I chose the medium pulled pork bowl and it was loaded! The extras you get to choose at the end are fantastic as well, and are not upsells. I'll be eating here frequently I reckon. To top of the great bowls, the Reuben sandwich is epic!

I just wanted to say that the champions that work at crafty cuts here in Wintergarden food court are absolute machines! They are so hard working, deal with the manic lunch rushes insanely well and are always super friendly even though they are under the pump with orders. My orders have always been tasty & worth the wait!

The canjun chicken burger is divided into pieces for free trial. I am caught by the spicy taste of it, and decide to buy lunch at this counter. The staff are efficient and quick to prepare food, though it seems the busiest and highest customer flow among those counterparts. It serves veggies dishes as well, but I would try the green lentils and quinoa in another food stall.

I don't eat meat but I was so impressed with their salads! Super friendly service and they answered all my questions. 5 🌟 for the fact they use olive oil in their dressing and have it available as extra to add along with the best bread (wholemeal sourdough!) , Lemon pieces, sauerkraut and gherkins. All inclusive. Deliciously fresh and generous serve.
